Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen,
complete with a microwave oven, blender,
dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.
Amenities include: telephone, stereo, VCR,
washer/dryer and 2-3 televisions. Only
the bedrooms have air conditioning. 1BR
units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have a king bed and
1 or 2 baths. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4
have a king bed in the master bedroom and
a queen or 2 doubles in the second bedroom
All units have a sleeper sofa. The resort
has three floors with no elevators. A car
is recommended to fully enjoy the island
of Kauai. The resort collects a transient
occupancy tax required by the State of

US$40-US$60 per week, based on the size
unit you are in. Although the resort is
beach front, the beach is not a
"swimming" beach due to hazardous
