Located in beautiful South Lake Tahoe, Americana Village features a heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, exercise room, recreation area and barbecues for guest use. The resort's solarium can supply equipment for a variety of different sports. Bicycles are available May through October, weather permitting. For warm weather activity, the resort is only a mile from Lake Tahoe and 40 miles from the Truckee River, which offers white water rafting. In winter ski Heavenly, Sierra at Tahoe, Kirkwood or one of the many other ski areas around the lake.

and stereo. All units are non-smoking.
Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have a
partial bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen
sleep sofa. Studio units have a microwave
(no stove), a bar-sized refrigerator,
toaster, coffee maker and blender. These
units are small and not recommended for
four adults. OCCUPANCY LIMITS ARE STRICTLY
ENFORCED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. 1BR
units OCC: Max 5/Pri 2 have a partial
bath, 1 king bed, 2 queen sleep sofas and
a mini-kitchen with a full-sized
refrigerator, microwave (no oven or stove)
and small appliances. 2BR units OCC: Max
6/Pri 4 have 1 and 1/2 baths, 1 queen bed,
1 queen murhpy bed and 1 queen sleep sofa.
It also offers a VCR, whirlpool tub in the
master bedroom, microwave and dishwasher.
The resort is two levels with NO elevator.
Units are not air conditioned. The resort
is located at an altitude of approximately
6,300 feet which may aggravate some health
conditions. Ski seasons vary each year,
contact the resort to verify dates. No
pets are allowed. No parking is available
for campers, motorhomes, trailers &
boats. Resort charges mandatory fee of
