Your Sea Scape Beach & Golf Villa unit
is air-conditioned. Your condominium
includes two color televisions and a
microwave oven. All units have a DVD. A
few units include a whirlpool tub or
steam shower. There are no elevators.
Hotel units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath
and 1 queen bed or 2 twin beds. Units are
very small (300 sq ft) with a small
partial kitchen/living area with microwave
oven, coffee pot and small refrigerator.
1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1
queen bed and 1 full-size murphy bed. 2BR
units OCC; Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1
queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 murphy bed in
living area. The resort is unable to move
guests to different units for any reason.
Even num- bered units are upstairs - odd
downstairs. Resort has information on
tours and events. Free Wi-Fi is available
as well. Golf discounts are available
upon request. * A security deposit of
