DAY 1 GUATEMALA CITY- ANTIGUA
Meet and Greet at Guatemala City Airport where you will be greeted by your driver (waiting outside with a small sign with your name on it) to take you on your private 45 minutes transfer from to Antigua town.Check in at Hotel La Sin Ventura (About the hotel) or similar.
Important: You must advise the tour operator of your arrival flights once confirmed. (flights not included)
DAY 2 GUIDED TOUR OF ANTIGUA
Guided half day walking tour of the city of Antigua, visiting the main plaza and the most important monuments. The city was built in 1583 and preserves the architectonic characteristics of the 16th Century, such as stone paved streets, baroque style buildings, large doors with stone arches, windows with stone base and forged steel balconies, beams carved in precious woods, large stone fountains and tile roofs. All houses and buildings are of colonial style. They prevail in a strange and extraordinary mixture of peace and active life, forming today a beautiful colonial city where it seems that time stood still. UNESCO declared Antigua "Heritage of Humanity" in 1979. It is located between three volcanoes, the Agua, Fuego and Acatenango.
DAY 3 ANTIGUA – PACAYA VOLCANO – CALDERAS LAGOON
Early morning departure to the Pacaya Volcano. It is located one and a half hour from Antigua and it is active. The climb takes about one and a half hour. The Calderas Lagoon Park is close to the climbing point and the view is beautiful. Afternoon return to Antigua for free afternoon, it such a beautiful city full of wonderful people!
DAY 4 CHICHICASTENANGO – LAKE ATITLAN
Transfer to Chichicastenango. Santo Tomas Chichicastenango, known for its Indian market held every Thursday and Sunday, is only 87 miles from Guatemala City. Indians from throughout the region stream into town on market days to buy sell and socialize. Transfer to Lake Attitlan for accommodation at Hotel Isla Verde.
DAY 5 LAKE ATITLAN - ANTIGUA
Breakfast. Morning at leisure. We suggest taking a boat and visiting villages in the surroundings of the magnificent Lake or perhaps visiting the Butterfly Reserve. Afternoon shuttle transfer from Lake Atitlán back to Antigua.
DAY 6 ANTIGUA – FREE DAY
Breakfast. Today it is whatever you want to be day: “Shopping, restaurant, wine tasting, taking pictures” or even ask Gerlinde (VSD director of operation), if you need an extra excursion. Her office is located inside Kaffee Fernando, ask anyone or call her (phone listed on your itinerary). Enjoy your last day in this wonderful city!
DAY 7 GUATEMALA CITY - HOME
Breakfast. Transfer to Guatemala City airport where you will be catching your flight back home, and hopefully we will see you soon in Guatemala. Departure tax has to be paid before checking in your luggage.

06:00 AM. Arrival in Flores. Breakfast at Hotel Petén. Transfer to Tikal for guided tour & lunch. Afternoon transfer to Flores. Free time in Flores until bus departure at 10:00 PM to Guatemala City. (8 hours)
Day 7 GUATEMALA CITY-Home
06:00 AM. Arrival in Guatemala City Bus station. End of services (Taxi to airport at your charge)
