This resort is situated between Ocean City's Assawoman Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, where vacationers can enjoy the beach and a variety of water-sports activities. The resort's outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and pool bar are open from May through September. For a unique dining experience, a walk across the footbridge provides access to Fager's Island restaurant. At the southern end of Ocean City is the famous Boardwalk with shops, restaurants, arcades, and galleries.

All units at Coconut Malorie Resort are air-conditioned have cable television, a
DVD player and marble bathrooms with whirlpool tubs. Each unit has a partial
kitchen with a 3/4 size refridgerator, 2 burner stove tops, convection microwave
ovens, coffee makers and toasters.
