The resort is located on U.S. 192, approximately three (3) miles from Walt Disney World and is convenient to many of the area's attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios Florida, and Downtown Disney all within a 15 minutes drive. Kissimmee is also close to both the east and west coast of Florida; be on the beach or on the gulf within an hour. The resort's amenities include 3 swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, a club house with a convenience store and gift shop, a bar and grill, and a concierge desk which arranges transportation to and from the area's attractions, as well as discounted tickets to the attractions. Your 2 bedroom townhouse sleeps 6 and comes fully equipped with full kitchens, TV's and VCR's ; ready for your active Central Florida vacation! Amenities include: Stay a minimum of 2 nights or up to 14 nights as desired and based on availability. A tax and service charge of $32 per night per townhouse is additional.
