Location:The Grand Oasis Riviera Maya is located in the heart of the Mayan Riviera, from where it takes his name. It is about 95 Kms. from the Cancun International Airport, 15 Kms. from Tulum, well-known for its Mayan ruins on the sea and 25 Kms. from Playa del Carmen for shopping, dining, dancing and relaxation on the beach. Close to the eco-parks of Xel-Ha and Xcaret and only minutes from Akumal.

Beach & Pool:The tropical climate along with the soft ocean breeze invites you to enjoy the never ending beaches of Akumal Bay. Our property is built parallel to the ocean with access to the beach within minutes! If you prefer relaxing near the pool, we offer four pools plus two beachfront whirlpools. Grand Oasis Riviera Maya beach is considered one of the most beautiful in the Mexican Caribbean offering you the opportunity to explore the live and vibrant coral reef only a few yards away or just relax on one of the lounge chairs under the shade of a palm tree. Enjoy the swim-up bars offering the best in tropical cocktails or relax in the peaceful, serenity of the infinity pool.

Accommodations: All guest rooms are decorated in a modern Mexican style in calming earth tones; each has a terrace or balcony, private baths with shower/tubs and lighted vanity mirror with magnification. Rooms offer one King-size or two Queen-size beds and are equipped with individual controlled air conditioning, satellite TV with remote control, direct dial telephone, clock radio, welcome amenities, safe deposit box, servibar, hairdryer and bath amenities. The superior rooms have whirlpool tubs in the bath.

Children's Discount:
Now thru – December 20, 2008 children 12 years of age and younger will stay & eat “free” when sharing accommodations with two paying adults (maximum 2 kids per room, using existing bedding).

An Extra Person /third guest may be accommodated sharing a room for a $10 discount per night on the nightly double adult rate paid. (nightly rate plus taxes and seasonal surcharges). Please select the $10 discount and enter the third party name in the comment section. Skyauction will increase your invoice to 3 passengers and discount the third person.

A single supplement is available to those of you traveling solo for an additional $45 per night.
