blocks away. STUDIO units OCC: 2/2 have 1
bath, 1 king and a PARTIAL KITCHEN.
STUDIO units OCC: 4/2 have 1 king or
queen bed & 1 sleeper sofa. 1BR units
OCC: 4/2 and 4/4 have 1 king or queen
bed and 1 sleeper sofa. 2BR units OCC:
6/4 and 6/6 have varying bed structures
in the bedroom & 1 sleep sofa.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED by
this resort. A US$100 security deposit is
required at check-in with a major credit
card only. (Note: this policy changes to
a US$250 deposit during spring break
dates.) Pets are not allowed. A car is
recommended to fully enjoy the area.
There is Putt-Putt golf on-site. Not all
units have an oceanview, some face the
street. NO RCI Points reservations are in
oceanfront units. Due to extremely full
occupancy levels, the resort cannot accept
requests for unit changes.
