Each Arroyo Roble Resort unit is air-
conditioned and includes 2 fireplaces, a
whirlpool tub, washer/dryer, microwave
oven, 2 remote control televisions and a
video cassette player. All units are
2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and have 2 1/2
baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1
sleep sofa. Resort enforces the maximum
occupancy. Units are 2-story townhouses
with interior stairs and upstairs
bedrooms. Check-in at the lobby of the
clubhouse at 100 Arroyo Roble Road. There
is a security deposit of US$100.00
required at check-in. Pets are not
allowed. If you plan to fish you must
obtain a state license. To fully enjoy
the area, it is suggested that you have a
car. No RV/trailer parking is permitted
at the resort but is available 10 minutes
away. Mid-week or daily housekeeping
services are available for a fee. Resort
does not have "drive-up"
accessible units. All units are
non-smoking units.
