is air-conditioned and has a cable
television with HBO, a telephone, free
WiFi Internet access and a full kitchen
with microwave and dishwasher. Studio
units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1
queen bed. Studio units with a loft OCC:
Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and
1 queen and 1 twin mattress in the loft.
1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1
queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. All guests
must be 21 except children with parents
or guardian. A credit card imprint is
required at check-in. There is a charge
for phone usage. Please notify the resort
in advance if you anticipate a late
arrival. Pets are not allowed. A car is
necessary to enjoy the area. The resort
does not have parking space for motor
homes, boats or trailers. Resort is
unable to accommodate requests to change
units. Most units do not face the ocean.
Units starting with 1= 1st floor; 2= 2nd
floor; 3= 3rd floor. Unit change or
upgrades are not available. There is no
elevator on site. The office is open:
7AM-11PM daily.
