Your villa offers you all the comforts of
a home away from home, with a completely
furnished kitchen, a formal dining area
and a large wrap around screened porch
with a causal dining space and lounging
chairs. The villas are air-conditioned,
have cable television, a telephone, and
the use of a washer/dryer is also
included. Each villa is 2BR OCC: Max
6/Pri 6 and has 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2
twin beds, and 1 sleep sofa. No pets
are allowed. Persons with difficulty
climbing stairs should be aware that
resort units are 2-story. A credit card,
MC, VISA or AMEX is needed at check in
for a security deposit. To fully enjoy
the area, a car is recommended. Marina
boat dock spaces are available within 1/2
mile. If you plan to arrive after 5 pm,
please notify resort for instructions.
Units 1,2,3, and 4 are located directly on
the beach. All other units are a short
walk to the pool and beach and do NOT have
an oceanview. UNIT ASSIGNMENTS ARE FINAL.
