All units are air-conditioned and have a
stereo system, 2 color cable TVs, VCR, and
WIFI. DVD players are available at the
front office in limited supply. 1BR Max
4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, and 1
queen sleep sofa. 2BR Max 6/Pri 6 have 2
baths, 1 king bed, 2 twins and 1 sleep
sofa. Maximum occupany of units is
enforced. Violations may result in a fine
or denial of unit usage. You must call
the resort in advance for late arrival to
identify your room number and check-in
instructions. Room number not guaranteed;
however, unit size confirmed will be
provided. Credit card imprint required at
check-in. Long distance rates and
surcharge applied for use of in-unit
telephone. Towel exchange mid-week only;
Monday breakfast is 9:30AM. Children are
welcomed, however, Palm Beach largely
attracts a clientele over age 40. Office
hours are 9AM to 5PM, Monday thru Friday,
Saturday 9AM to 6PM, and closed on
Sundays. No motorhome parking allowed on
property. Resort has two floors and no
elevators.
