ceiling fans, fireplace, balcony, 4-burner
stovetop w/oven, microwave, refrigerator,
dishwasher, telephone, TV and DVD player,
stereo w/CD player, and hi-speed internet.
No air conditioning in units, and no
swimming pool. Studio units OCC: Max
2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 murphy bed.
1BR units OCC: Max 4/ Pri 4 have 1 bath,
1 queen bed and queen- size sleeper sofa.
Please contact the resort for instructions
if you will be arriving after 9:00pm. A
credit card imprint or US$50 cash deposit
is required at check-in. No pets are
allowed. A car is recommended to fully
enjoy the area. The San Clemente Cove is
located 1 block from the Amtrak station.
3 trains use these tracks & you will
hear noise from the trains. Resort
charges a resort fee of US$9.00 per unit
per day. RCI members may exchange into
resort once every 4 years. Skateboards
and scooters cannot be used/ridden on
