Each unit at Ocean East Resort Club is
air-conditioned, has cable TV with DVD
player and a full kitchen with a microwave
oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
Although resort is a beachfront property,
not all units have ocean view or balcony.
No balcony units: 2010, 2025, 3010, 3025,
4003, 4005, 4006, 4008, 4011-4016, 4018,
4020-4022,4024,4028-4031. Studio unit OCC:
Max 4/Pri 2 has 1 bath, 1 murphy bed and
1 sleep sofa. These units are 360sq ft but
well appointed with the living area and
sleeping area in the same room. 1BR units
OCC:Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 double bed,
and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/
Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed
and 1 sleep sofa. Trailers, RV'S and
pets are not allowed. Smoking is not
allowed in any units. A US$100 security
deposit is required at check-in,
Mastercard, Visa or Discover. Amex is
not accepted. US$300 security deposit
required if guest is between ages 21-25.
Guests are assigned unit confirmed, no
upgrades available. Oceanfront units:
4001-1006, 1017-1021, 2000-2011,
2024-2029,3024-3029, 4000-4009,
