All units at Sunburst Condominiums have a
television, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher
and a microwave oven. One towel change
and housekeeping service is provided per
week. There is no swimming pool. 1BR
units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1
queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units
with a loft OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths,
1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa.
2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2
queen beds or 1 king bed, 1 queen Murphy
bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR units
with a loft OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 3 baths,
2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep
sofa. RCI points guests staying less than
7 nights will be charged a cleaning fee.
A US$100 security deposit is required upon
check-in, payable by cash or credit card.
If you anticipate a late arrival, notify
the resort. No elevators. Transportation
services are available in Steamboat
Springs but a car is recommended to enjoy
the area. Absolutely no parking of
RV's on the property. No pets are
allowed. No exceptions will be made. Ski
seasons vary each year, so please contact
the resort for information.
