with a dishwasher and a microwave oven.
Units are non-smoking; fee for violations.
Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath
and 1 queen bed. Studio units OCC: Max
4/Pri 2 and Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1
queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units
OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have either 1.5 or 2
baths, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR
units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2
queen beds, and 1 sleep sofa. No pets
allowed; fee for violations. A car is
recommended to fully enjoy the area.
US$100 security deposit required at
check-in. During Spring Break weeks, the
security deposit is US$500. Only one
parking space per unit available. If
arriving after 8PM, retrieve your key
from the lock box; call resort for
combination. NO RV's, motorhomes,
campers, or trailers permitted on
property. *Per the Federal Endangered
Species Act, no light is allowed to be
seen from the beach from sunset to
sunrise to protect nesting of sea
turtles. Up to US$250 fine.
