The prepayment must be 30 days prior to the check in date. If the fees are not prepaid, there will be additional fees of 10% when paid at the resort locally. Please contact phoenix-resort@outlook.com if you have any questions. There are no refunds for early check-out. All Inclusive fee is 100% non refundable. Pre Payment is done via visa or master card. Children 5-12 years old pay reduced rate of $30 per day 3 days package or 7 days packages. Children 4 years old & under Eat FREE. The program includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner , Snacks, local Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Utility charge not included. Transfers are NOT included. Service charge 10% and tax itbis18% is NOT included. The shuttle runs 8 AM to 11 PM.
