mini-kitchen with a microwave oven.
Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath
and a queen bed. Studio units OCC: Max
4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, a double bed and a
sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4
have 1 bath, a queen bed and a sleep sofa.
The 1BR unit OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 has 2 baths,
2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. The 2BR
unit OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 has 2 baths with 2
queen beds and a sleep sofa. No pets
are allowed. A car is NOT necessary to
enjoy the sights of Newport. Parking is
available, across the street, at a
municipal parking lot. The fee for
parking is US$20.00 per day. The resort
has 3 floors - no elevator. The resort
requires a US$100 security deposit upon
check-in as well as a US$20 deposit for
the key and health club pass. These
deposits may be in cash or a credit card
imprint. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON
PREMISES-YOU ARE SUBJECT TO FINES IF YOU
SMOKE ON PROPERTY.
