Mountains and ocean create a unique ambience at the Grand Case Beach Club, an upscale resort located about ten minutes from the capital city of Marigot. With sparkling white buildings and red roofs, the Grand Case Beach Club is with in yards of the ocean.

There are two beaches, one on each side of a hill topped by The Pavilion, a gathering place for the manager’s cocktail party and special events. The resort, which features a tightly knit enclave of buildings, including an oceanfront restaurant, is located adjacent to the gastronomic capital of the island, Grand Case village. It is about a 30 minute drive from the international airport on St. Maarten, the Dutch side of the island. A smaller airport, about five minutes from the Grand Case Beach Club, services small commuter and private aircraft.

The Sunset Cafe, open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Happy Hour, not only features excellent international cuisine with a Caribbean flair but also a superb view of the ocean a few yards away. Operated by Alexandre and Chantal, natives of France, the restaurant serves reasonably priced specials plus signature dishes in a casual setting. Alexandre’s culinary background includes the Savoy and French Embassy in London, and extensive experience on St. Martin. Complimentary continental breakfast is included in all room rates. Room service is available for all meals.  

Accommodations at Grand Case Beach Club are spacious and oversized, featuring either ocean or garden views, from 4 low-rise buildings.   

Offer is based on a Single or Double Occupancy in a Garden Studio. Upgrades to Ocean Studio (+ $15* per room per night) or Ocean Studio with Loft (+ $30* per night) available. 

* Higher Surcharge applies for January 2 - April 8 & November 1 - December 18 travel periods.

Ocean Studio 

Studios have either two double beds or one king bed, and are approximately 300 sq ft. Maximum occupancy – 2 guests.

Studios with a loft have one king bed in sleeping loft and a sofa bed downstairs, and are approximately 350 sq ft. Maximum occupancy – 3 guests.

Upgrades to One Bedroom Garden, Ocean or Ocean One Bedroom with Loft  also available and can be quoted on request.

One Bedroom with Loft

One-Bedroom units have one king bed and a sofa bed, and are approximately 600 sq ft. Maximum occupancy – 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

One –Bedroom with loft units have a king bed in the bedroom, queen bed in the loft, and a sofa bed in the living room, and are approximately 650 sq ft.
Maximum Occupancy – 4 adults and 2 children.

Extra Guests:
One additional guest is allowed in One Bedroom or Studio with Loft categories only for an additional + $35 per night.

Stay a minimum of 1 night or up to 14 nights as desired and based on availability.
