Resort buildings have 2 levels; no
elevators on-site. NO PETS ALLOWED.
Although the resort is located on the
beach, the timeshare units do not offer a
gulf view. A beautiful, white sandy beach
is located just a 50-yard walk away.
Siesta Sands offers a "peace &
quiet" type vacation--no sponsored
activities on-site. A mid-week towel
exchange is provided. Occupancy levels
strictly enforced. IF OCCUPANCY IS
EXCEEDED, FINES ARE CHARGED. Effective
6/28/05, all guests must have security
code for after-5pm gate access.
