Clover Ridge is located in a region of hills, valleys, and unspoiled woodlands. In the center of it all is 1,500-acre Lake Panorama, every bit as scenic as its name implies. The showpiece of the resort is the 18-hole golf course. Two outdoor tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool round out the recreational facilities. Only four blocks away is Lake Panorama, where you can enjoy a beach, fishing, and a 38-mile bike trail. Within a 45-minute drive of the resort is Des Moines, Iowa's capital, offering many restaurants, shops, and nightspots.

Your unit is air-conditioned and includes
such features as TV/DVD, telephone and
microwave oven. Studio units have a
partial kitchen with a 4 burner stove,
sink, full refrigerator and a microwave.
The 2 and 3 bedroom units have a full
kitchen, a fireplace and a washer/dryer.
Studio units OCC:Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath,
1 queen bed and sleep sofa (in same room).
2BR units OCC:Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1
queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep
sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2
baths, 3 queen beds and 1 queen sleep
sofa. 5-7 stairs are required to access
some units. No elevators. No pets allowed.
Outdoor pool is seasonal. Bike rental is
available on-site. Lake nearby is private;
no boat rentals available. Guests may
launch personal boats for a fee. Office
hours Sunday-Friday 9AM-5PM; closed on
Saturdays. If you anticipate check-in
after 5PM, call resort in advance for
late check-in procedures at 641-755-3050.
