Additional Information

The Island Manor vacation units feature a
kitchen area and has cable television and
a VCR. The resort is a motel conversion
with small studio and one bedroom units.
Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath,
1 murphy bed or a daybed and 1 sleep sofa.
1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1
queen bed and 2 sleep sofas. No pets
are allowed. There are no telephones in
the units or on the resort property. A
US$100 security deposit is required. The
use of stairs is required since the
resort does not have an elevator. The
use of barbeque grills and a picnic area
is available for use by the resort
guests. Cars can be brought to the island
on the ferry, but it is not necessary to
have a car to enjoy your vacation.
Mopeds, cars and bicycles are available
for rent; taxis are also available. Many
attractions are within walking distance of
the resort. The minimum age for checking
into the resort is 21. Must inform resort
of arrival 72 hours in advance
