Northstar Lodge by Welk Resorts is located at the base of Northstar California ski resort. Accommodations featuring designer appliances, indoor and patio fireplaces, and spa tubs. Amenities include a private ski and boot valet with ski-in/ski-out access, the Village Swim & Fitness Center, owners' lounge, outdoor spa and fire pits, media room, and gondola near the building. Situated at the north end of Lake Tahoe, the resort offers year-round adventures ranging from snow skiing, hiking, and mountain biking to fly-fishing, horseback riding, and water sports.

Resort guests may use the Village Swim and Fitness Center, located adjacent to the resort. This recreation center features cardio and strength training fitness equipment, free weights, a 25-yard Olympic-style outdoor heated pool, a spa and a separate children’s pool. At the resort, enjoy your favorite film in our 19-seat Owner's Theatre, with Dolby surround-sound and plush leather recliners. On the Sierra Deck, you'll find a community fire pit and barbecue grills, as well as a luxury 23-person hot tub and outdoor fireplace. The "back yard" behind the Washoe building offers horseshoes and corn hole in the summer, and ski-in/ski-out access to the Highlands gondola in winter. You'll also find additional grills and entertaining areas beside the Fremont building, behind the fitness center. Summer or winter, the Village at Northstar offers adventures and activities for everyone, from mountain bike rentals to shopping, dining, and spa services. All the while, you're surrounded by stunning vistas, beautiful sunsets and loads of other outdoor options.
