Additional Information

All units have balconies, cable TV, and
air-conditioning. Maid service is provided
once a week; additional service available
for US$30 per day studio or US$30 per day
for 1BR. Energy surcharge US$6.00 per
person per day. Access to most rooms
requires stairs. Unit view is not
guaranteed. Units range from Hotel to
1BR; varying bed structures. Hotel units
do not offer kitchen facilities. Studio
and 1BR have partial kitchen, including
microwave, refrigerator, and coffee
maker. Resort cannot accommodate unit
upgrades. Room, valet and laundry service
available. No pets allowed. Cars can be
rented on property or nearby. No Visa
required for US citizens. However, proof
of citizenship is required (passport,
voters registration or birth
certificate). There are two
buildings in this section and only one
has an elevator. Members must climb
stairs to access their units. Effective
09/01/08, there is an energy surcharge of
US$12.00 per person per day.
