The resort offers several heated pools; beach with water-sports activities including Jet Skis; an interactive water feature; Kokomo's Tiki Bar; miniature golf; on-site Disney ticket sales; exercise rooms; horseshoes; shuffleboard; volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts; and children and family activity programs. Free transportation is provided to the Disney and Universal theme parks. Summer Bay Resort's shopping center is located on property with a grocery store, pizza shop, library and more. Summer Bay Resort offers free air- conditioned shuttle transportation to transfer guests to the several locations on the 365 acre resort. UNIT DESCRIPTION All Summer Bay Resort Homes are air-conditioned with a full gourmet kitchen, micorwave oven and washer/dryer. Each home has a private screened-in pool, one car garage and two King Master rooms with Jacuzzi tubs. Houses have 3 baths, 2 king beds, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa in the living room area.
