Room rates will be charged at published rack rates. Special offers or discounts do not apply. Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Reservationsare not automatically guaranteed. Guest must guarantee late arrival with a credit card.
Original trade scrip must be presented at check-in. No refund or credit from unused portionof this scrip will be given. Scrip may only be used once and will be retained by the reservation agent.

Credit card imprint will be taken at check-in. Taxes, tips, telephone calls, and all other goods and services must be paid with cash or credit card at time of check-out.

King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day), Independance Day holiday July 1-4, the last full weekend in Feb during the Newport Seafood and Wine Festival, Oregon Spring Break Saturdays, the first weekend in Oct during Oregon Coast Jazz Party, the four-day holiday period beginning the day before Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, and Saturday nights during the summer high season July 1 through Sept 15.

Resale of these items is strictly forbidden either privately or through any other website. The issuer reserves the right to deny acceptance without recourse of any items deemed to have been obtained in a manner contrary to our terms of sale and any person found to engage in this practice will be refused the right to purchase further items of this type.
