Your vacation home at Ocean Sands is equipped with air-conditioning, jacuzzi tub, 2 TV's and DVD player. All units have full kitchens & are equipped with a four burner stove top, convection oven, small refrigerator, blender and coffee maker. No pets allowed. Units have no balconies. 1BR units OCC:4/2 have 1 full bed, 1 pull out sleeper sofa, and 1 bath.
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per unit. No RVsor oversized trucks are permitted due to garage size. Fee for parking in the city lot nearby. US$100 security deposit will be required at check-in payable only by Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. There is ongoing construction at the resort.
